Summit Productions presents Agatha Christie’s “The Mousetrap”

Performances:

Saturday, February 28 and March 7, 7:30 p.m.; Pre-Party at 6:30 p.m.
Sunday, March  and March 8, 2 p.m.
A cash bar and hors d’oeuvres/ dessert menu will be available prior the Saturday evening performances in the Holmes Ballroom.

About the show:

The enduring whodunit “The Mousetrap” is the debut production of the new local community theatre group “Summit Productions.” In this classic thriller, a group of strangers stranded at the dark and foreboding Monkswell Manor realize to their horror that a killer is among them. The question, of course, is which one of them is the guilty party.

“The Mousetrap” was written by the “Mistress of Mystery,” Agatha Christie, and has entertained and befuddled audiences for more than 50 years as the longest running play in the world. The surprising ending remains a closely guarded secret revealed to audience members only.

Cast:

Sharon Sinclair as Mrs. Boyle

A very proper retired judge.

Nona Willet as Miss Casewell

An unusual  woman with a cynical view of the world.

Jim Sinclair as Major Metcalf

A by-the-book retired military officer.

Doug Schultz as Mr. Paravacini

A mysterious gentleman who enjoys keeping others guessing.

D.Mae Ceryes as Mollie Ralston

Matt Sletto as Giles Ralston

A recently married couple, full of energy and enthusiasm, but not terribly practical about the running of Monkswell Manor.  They soon realize that they might not know each other as well as they thought. 

Dave Cook as Christopher Wren

An eccentric and energetic young man.

Pete Kleckner as Detective Sergeant Trotter

The police detective who arrives in a blizzard and soon finds himself investigating a murder.
